Full Property Overhaul From Ground Clearing to Finished Landscape

Some properties just need a complete reset. Not a trim here or a fresh mulch there - a full start-over. That's exactly what we were working with on this one. Land clearing, site prep, landscape design, plant installation, and a brand new lawn. Our crew handled every piece of it from day one.

The front of the house got a sharp landscape design built around clean bed lines, ornamental grasses, hydrangeas, flowering shrubs, and white river rock mixed with dark gravel. The contrast between the white stone and the dark edging is what gives it that crisp, finished look. Everything was planted with spacing and growth in mind so it fills in naturally over time without getting crowded.

Out back, we hydroseeded the entire area - that's the blue-green tint you can see across the ground. Hydroseed is a spray-applied mix of grass seed, mulch, and fertilizer that gives you faster, more even germination compared to standard seeding. It's especially useful on larger or harder-to-reach areas where laying sod isn't practical. Once it establishes, you get a thick, healthy lawn without the patchiness that comes from hand-broadcast seeding.

We also installed a large island bed in the driveway turnaround area. Rows of gold mop cypress, a Japanese maple as the centerpiece, and fresh dark mulch throughout. It's a bold, low-maintenance design that grows better with each passing season.

When the whole property comes together like this - clean lawn, well-planned beds, consistent edging - the difference is hard to miss. It goes from rough and unfinished to a yard that actually matches the house.
