Wooded sites are some of the most demanding jobs to prep. Roots, rocks, uneven ground, tight access - it all stacks up fast. When the terrain is rough and the material is heavy, you need the right equipment and the right crew to get it done without cutting corners.

That's exactly what we're doing here. Our CAT excavator is working through the material removal and grading, pulling and pushing through compacted soil and debris in a densely wooded area. The operator isn't just moving dirt - he's reading the ground, working the bucket at the right angle, and managing the cut so the grade comes out clean and solid.

At the same time, our tracked skid steer is loading out material directly into the dump truck on site. That kind of coordinated workflow is what keeps a job moving efficiently. No piling things up and dealing with it later. Material gets moved once and it goes where it needs to go.

Site prep like this is the foundation for everything that comes after - drainage, grading, construction, landscaping, whatever the end goal is. If the ground isn't properly excavated and graded from the start, every step that follows is fighting an uphill battle. We take that seriously. Every load out matters.

We handle excavation jobs from simple grading to full site clearing in wooded and challenging terrain. If you've got a site that needs to be opened up and properly prepared, this is the kind of work we do every day.
